Let us introduce you to Julie Anne Edens. As a Big Island resident for nearly 20 years, Julie epitomizes the Hawaiian concept of Aloha with her never-ending smile and upbeat attitude - and she knows Hawaii. Julie’s in-depth knowledge of Hawaii is fortified through her prior careers in the appraisal, mortgage, and real estate administrative fields.

She has worked with buyers and sellers “island-wide” from Puna to Volcano to Hilo to Waikoloa to Kona to Captain Cook – full circle. Julie understands the importance of education and has obtained the ABR designation (“Accredited Buyer’s Representation), however, of course, she is equally competent and delighted to work with sellers.

In addition to working with individual buyers and sellers, Julie is currently the lead realtor for 2 large subdivisions that are pending final approval.

As a regular volunteer for the Big Island Food Bank and other organizations, Julie strongly supports the Big Island community.
