I thought the hard
part was done...
We
actually had a clear picture of what we wanted. A
modest home, Kona side, 1000' elevation, good
neighborhood, sunset view, no stairs, (none of us
are getting' younger), on the grid, off the main
drag.

We
talked to a half dozen Big Island agents. Told them
exactly what we wanted. Printed it out for them,
they ignored it and wasted our time showing us what
they wanted to unload instead.

Then we found Julie.

She
actually listened and promised to call after she
checked the new listings in the morning. She turned
up a match in Kona Palisades, just listed, and
scheduled for an open house in 4 days.

I
met her, (fresh from her dental appointment), at the
house around 11am. By noon we were in the realty
office signing papers. Sounds too easy, no?

Every
deal has its glitches and this one had its share. We
we're very short on cash until I could sell my home
in California and we had to handle everything by
phone and e-mail.

Julie
met every challenge, signed off every contingency,
and held our hands through the rough parts

It is said
that there are more realty agents in Hawaii than
there are properties. That may be true. However, if
you are serious about buying here, you will only
need one solid professional agent.

I
recommend Julie Edens without reservation.

Angelina and myself
have had the pleasure of being associated with Julie
as a friend for several years now. Through this
friendship we were able to develop a professional
relationship second to none. Her ethics should be an
example to all Realtors. We are glad that she is on
our side.

Aloha from the Big Island! Randy
